I have used constant contact for years and it keeps getting better!

What I'm interested in is how people organize replies in their outlook that may require just a bit of tweeking to the content - I'm just thinking through the process right now - is it best to save in drafts in outlook, or have a word document that you cut and paste from, or....is there any suggestions?

Nice idea on autoresponding on days 1, 3, 5 and 7. The fortune is in the follow-up, they say, so why not guarantee that it's happening, regardless of your schedule.

I'm starting to hear from a lot of reps how autoresponders are becoming very important. One thing to be careful on is being diligent in taking someone out of your autoresponder loop. For instance, if someone jumps in ready to go on Day 3, your Day 5 and Day 7 messages might not apply any more.

I use iContact for email. Not near as robust as aWeber, but I like it more than Constant Contact. And it's got a pretty good autoresponder program (albeit I'm not using it enough).

Great article Jennifer,
We covered this in the last class with you, but I still enjoyed reading the article. Now, to put using an autoresponder on my to do list.

Thanks for your comment Jill! Regarding Constant Contact, can you plan emails for specific intervals, based on when they join your list? They've always SAID they had an autoresponder, but it was the intervals you couldn't do before.

I always appreciate your participation! Cheers to you!

Hello!

I agree and use Constant Contact, they do now offer an auto-responder option. YEAH!!! I use Constant Contact to send out electronic newsletters regarding my direct sales business to clients and the auto-responder to potential new team members. I also use the system to send my direct sales team a monthly newsletter. I highly recommend it!
In fact on January 13th I just wrote on my blog 10 Reasons Why Constant Contact is my favorite marketing tool.

Great post Jennifer!

Love & Success,
Jill Shea
