Recently I’ve started something over on my Facebook Page called Pay it Forward Wednesday. The gist of it is this: You think of someone who has had a positive influence on your business or your life, and you post about it on your Facebook wall. As part of it, you Tag them (type the @ sign before typing their name) so it shows up on THEIR wall, and they’re notified that you’ve said something nice about them.
We’ve been doing this for a few weeks now, and it has been so fun to watch. Imagine how great people feel when out of the blue they’re recognized? It really touches people, and spreads around some joy (and don’t we all need more of that?)

On Facebook, you can type something like:
It’s Pay it Forward Wednesday again! Pick someone who has made a difference in your life or business, and @ tag them on YOUR wall! Today my pick is Jane Deuber . Jane is an amazing person who is incredible at helping direct sellers develop leadership skills. Who will you tag today?
If you do it on Twitter, just use the hashtag #payitforward. For example:
It’s Pay it Forward Wednesday! My pick is @JulieAnneJones who offers great advice for direct sellers. Who will you tag? #payitforward
