Great info, wondering about prospecting and cross sharing notes to branch out to use as a tool not a Toy.

So many get sucked up in the social media and end up just playing games.
I see the value in the above, in the process of creating steps to share with my team to build there business, any thought would be helpful

Your tips for team building are on target. Using these tools takes the load off the Leaders so that they do not need to be a ‘sage from the stage’.

Team Blog: This is a great idea. Congregating like-minded people around social networking provides a way for the group to edit some of the ‘noise’ and focus on a space/place that will help them meet their immediate needs. Anyone who has ever surfed the net knows that there is so much available and it is easy to get lost.

Team members appreciate getting immediate answers and when there are alot of active posts the team gains access to a variety of perspectives. Not everyone will relate to one style or method.

I visit the sites frequently that do some of the editing for me and give me immediate answers. I visit your posts because you [Jennifer] have timely insights and edit some of the noise.
