In this mechanical, virtual, automated media it is not easy to see when someone is actually listening. It can be quite challenging to read, search, and blog. That extra personal touch when you acknowledge another does make me feel like someone is paying attention. It is these people that I then pay more attention. Thank you for this. I agree with this.
