Those folks that work in consultant services/support take a beating. Their entire job consists of handling problems all day long. No matter how upset the person on the other end of the line is, they do what it takes to help you so that you can get back to business. It’s not easy.
And very often we accept their solution and move on, relieved our own problem is solved and not giving that support person on the other end of the line another thought.
But I’d like to put out to you that these great and dedicated folks NEED to know you appreciate them. After all, if it weren’t for them, it would be harder for you to do business.
So today, I’d like to recommend that you FLOOD your company’s Facebook Page with Thank You messages for your consultant support team. Let them know they’re the rock stars they are.
They need to know how much you appreciate them. I know you do. You just don’t always get a chance to tell them.
So tell them today. Go.
